Position Description

ApolloMD is expanding its Emergency Medicine APC team at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin, NC (located ~1hr from Boone, Greensboro and 45 min from Winston Salem).   • Elkin has countless miles of trails to walk, bike, hike, and run.
  • Explore Pilot Mountain, Kayaking/Tubing on the Yadkin River, The Blue Ridge Parkway, and a plethora of amazing golf courses.
  • Elkin is also centrally located in the Yadkin Valley Wine Region (AVA) and provides numerous local wineries, breweries, and restaurants to try.
  • Hospital volumes are ~30K annually, seeing an approximate average of 1.6 patients per hour.
  • 1 hour from an international airport (GSO in Greensboro or CLT in Charlotte).
